The treatment of mint and chamomile is a totally healthy tonic to protect the nails from the aggression of the environment.
Ingredients:
• 2 tablespoons of chamomile (20 g)
• four mint leaves
• 1 cup water (250 ml)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil (14 g)
• 2 tablespoons wheat flour (20 g)
Method of education & usage:
• Mix the chamomile and the mint leaves in a cup of boiling water
• Let stand for 30 minutes
• Once the mixture is normal, upload the olive oil and the wheat flour.
